Terms & Conditions for Life Coaching Services

1. Scope of Services:

– The life coach agrees to provide coaching services to the client in accordance with the agreed-upon coaching package or sessions.

2. Client Responsibilities:

– The client agrees to actively participate in coaching sessions and commit to the agreed-upon action plans and goals.
– The client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy or counseling and that the coach does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Confidentiality:

– The coach agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the client during coaching sessions, except as required by law.
– The client understands that coaching sessions may be conducted over the phone, video call, or in-person, and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all communication channels used.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

– The client agrees to provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions.
– Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited, and the client may still be charged for the session.

5. Fees and Payment:

– The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon coaching fees in a timely manner as outlined in the coaching agreement.
– Payments may be made via electronic transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

6. Termination of Services:

– Either party reserves the right to terminate coaching services with written notice.
– In the event of termination by the client, any remaining coaching fees for scheduled sessions may be refunded based on the discretion of the coach.

7. Liability:

 – The client acknowledges that the success of coaching depends on their own efforts and commitment.
– The coach is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken by the client as a result of coaching sessions.

8. Intellectual Property:

– All materials provided by the coach during coaching sessions are for the client’s personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Governing Law:

– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St.Pete Beach, Florida. 33706

10. Agreement Acceptance:

– By engaging in coaching services with the life coach, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
